Do not be afraid to ask for help
Whether you are preparing to come to Hamburg, or whether you are already here, there are a lot of situations in which you might need help, which are not answered on this website. In this case, we have several places where you can ask for aid. First of all, do not be afraid to ask. We realise that you are (or soon will be) in a foreign country, and you cannot be expected to know what goes on here.
There are many ways to ask for help if you need it, depending on what you want to know and who you would like to know about it.
Ask an admin
If you want the one-on-one solution and would rather keep your request for help and the answer to it private, then you can ask an admin for help.
Your admins are depicted to the right of this page in the footer of the website. To ask for help, click on the name of the admin below the pic of the admin of your choice to be taken to his or her profile. Once there click on the button „Private Message“, and then again in the box „Write Your Message“. You made also add attachments to your message.
Please not however that Save and Altan may take longer to answer as they work in the restaurant. The fastest response will usually be from David, who works in the office and has continuous access to computer and internet.
